Al Rabiah Construction Company (ARABCO) was established on the 15th of April 1967 as a limited liability company by the late Mr. Saleh Rashed Buresli, a leading Kuwaiti businessman together with his German partner Mr. Hurst Weniger.
Establishing a business dealing mainly with civil construction works, both had a vision that a modern Kuwait was in the making. ARABCO began to build a solid reputation for market excellence and a strong heritage of quality, stability and innovative leadership in the marketplace.
